Shipping policy (For Retail Customers)

Online order cut off time is at 12 noon. We only deliver Monday - Friday. Weekend/public holiday order will be shipped out on the following working day.

• We require ATL (Authority to Leave) at your door step.
• No post box delivery.
• We aim to deliver in 1-2 days in Melbourne and 1-4 days in Sydney.
• We may or may not replace the seasonal goods or produce with next available or subsequent products of higher values. This will apply for online orders only.
